Room bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Bookers must declare the correct number of occupants at the time of booking.
Early check-in and extension of stay are subject to room availability.
The Management reserves the right to cancel any booking due to VVIP arrivals or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, assistance for alternative accommodation may be arranged through the Events Department (events@vit.ac.in).
Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and strictly limited to the registered guest(s).
No-show bookings may be released after the scheduled check-in date and time without prior notice.
Indian citizens must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address at check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and VISA copy at the time of check-in.
Accommodation is restricted to authorized resource persons; accompanying spouse and children will be charged as per applicable tariff.
Vegetarian meals will be provided. Any special dietary requirements are subject to approval.
Pets are not permitted within the guest house premises.
Room occupancy shall strictly adhere to approved safety capacity norms:
Executive Rooms: 2 adults
Premium Rooms: 2 adults + 1 additional person (with extra bed)
Children below 10 years of age may share existing bedding with parents.
Extra beds or mattresses, if provided, are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay in rooms, either during the day or overnight.
Guests may use the in-room safe for valuables; Management is not liable for loss or theft.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of forbidden substances are strictly prohibited.
Electrical appliances such as heaters, irons, or cooking devices are not permitted in guest rooms.
Guests are requested to refrain from bringing outside food to maintain hygiene and food safety.
Visitors are allowed only in designated areas and are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
Unauthorized extension of stay or overstaying beyond the booking period is strictly prohibited.
Management may enter rooms for maintenance, safety, or security as required.
Misconduct or rule violations may lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.
Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.
Guests must follow all university rules, security instructions, and safety procedures, and maintain silence, decorum, and respectful behaviour at all times.
