• 24-hour check-in/out is available. Extensions of stay will be provided subject to availability.
• Provide a photocopy of the student ID & Parents Aadhar card copy at the time of arrival.
• Room type will be allotted based on availability.
• The Campus is strictly alcohol- and smoke-free.
• Payment using debit card / credit card will attract charges for the credit period given by their bank.
• UPI payments are accepted. Cash payments are allowed up to ₹10,000 (Ten thousand) only.
• Wards are not permitted to stay. In exceptional cases, prior approval from the Hostel Warden is required.

• The booker must be an alumnus and a registered member of VITAA.
• Please attach a copy of your VIT Alumni member card when sending the booking request.
